Features of 3 Legged Lattice Steel Tower:
1. Material: weldable structural low carbon steel angle plates, flat plates and pipes. Angle steel communication tower is the most common tower type and is generally applied to self-supporting tower. It is easy to install, economical and applicable. It should be the first choice for the construction of iron towers.
2. Tower legs: Chinese steel grade Q345B, which is equivalent to ASTM A572 GR50 or customized to customer's reuqests.
3. Other webs, braces and auxiliary steel: Chinese Q2138B, is equivalent to ASTM A36.
4. Plates: Chinese steel Q345B or Q235B. The steel Lattice tower is subject to wind force and it is prone to swing and horizontal twisting. The base station adopting microwave transmission is used with caution.
5. Bolts: Chinese grade 6.8 and 8.8 or equivalent grades.
6. Dimension and tolerance for angle are according to GB/T1591-1994, similar to EN 10056-1/2
7. Hot dip galvanization in accordance with GB/T 13912-2002, which is equivalent to ASTM A 123 or custom specifications.
