Feature:
1, Design layout and drawing, set up specifications and sizes.
2, Buy row seamless steel pipes or flat steel plates and folding and welding them to be tubular pipes as well as galvanized steel bolts, nuts, washers and springs.
3, Measure and cut out sizes and holes.
4, Weld necessary parts (such as footing plates, connecting flanges and gussets, antenna mounts, lightning rod, ladder etc.)
5, Polish burrs and welding scars to make all members good surface.
6, Assemble tower sections according to drawings, make sure sizes and connecting parts are correct.
7, Hot dip galvanization: clean surface corrosion and oil with acid or other chemicals-->clean with water-->dip in cosolvents-->dry-->dip in hot zinc pool for galvanization-->cooling and curing-->clean-->dry
8, Check quality and start packing.
Telecom steel tower is generally made of angular steel plates and flat steel plates. The 4-leg lattice tower is generally divided into several sections and the sections are connected by flat connecting plates with bolts and nuts. Each tower section is made of angle steelt plates and flat plates. All the steel plates are prefabricated with cutout, holes and hot dip galvanization.
